[BUG] Slipstream from conclave to al'akir can send you in the wrong direction #1243

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

The slipstream tornados that should send you to al'akirs platform after killing conclave will often launch you in a random direction instead.

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Kill conclave
       2. Click on a slipstream on any platform

1.3 Source Material

POV gets sent the right direction, but other players in the clip don't

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

The slipstream should launch you directly to al'akirs platform everytime.
