[BUG]Able to change spec in Arena pre-game room #1263

1. Current Behavior

You can currently change spec while waiting for an Arena to begin.

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Enter Arena
       2. Change spec
       3. Profit

2.1. Description

You should not be able to change spec after you have entered an Arena.
