Problem with UTF-16 LE encoding #8

Before, i modify desktop.ini, and save as UTF16 LE,messy code is none.

please,help,thank you very much.

intag.zip I didn't really get to test it much as my VSCode\OS struggles with UTF-16 LE encoding, but I hope this version should do the trick for you. If that's ok with you - can you check and let me know if the issue is fixed, so that I can update published version?

Yup, it is reproduced on my side (I think). image I'll have a look at what I can do this weekend
