Removed old shaperglot CSV test data
Removed bulk-sg-run-.py and sg-bulk-builder.py as these have been moved to the shaperglot repo
Removed json_val_slice.py since this functionality is merged into summarize.py
Updated coverage-analysis.py, summarize.py and ottag-analysis.py to fix path names and remove unused imports
Added prep_report.sh script to streamline creation of summary files for web reporting
