Joan needs to learn from other AI repsonses so it doesn't have to rely on external AI as much.

[ ] Use mistral AI, like is being used for user's hobbies, to respond for the big guns.
[ ] Impliment wolfram alpha for fall back if mistral AI doesn't respond as expected
[ ] Get the respond to write to ET.csv
