Requires mercurial #11

The plugin does not load without Mercurial plugin. As a git user, I'd like the features of this plugin (the plugin name is "git commit message"), but without the dependency on the Mercurial plugin.

I am running the plugin within IntelliJ Idea without having mercurial installed. Can you show me the Idea Logs?
