(Low depends on #54 .) Create a welcome page for non-logged users. This is the outcome we want, link. Basically return restaurants that are in a delivery radius for users specified location. Also when the user is typing location, try to show him possible fills. (I don’t know how to call it but here is a photo of what I want)
