[releng] simpler way to add jfxswt.jar #44

Avoid extra installation check (with hard coded path to jfxswt.jar) by specifying the path in the pom.xml file itself.

Looks good. I remember to have tried this myself about a year ago but it didn't work then, I guess because of some tycho bug. Great if it works in the meantime,
