various updates, improvements and extensions:

  1. Add Qoffee-Makerr demo with local build or image from dockerhub
  2. Improve handling of LEDs
  3. Add arcade buttons for start/stop and LED demo
  4. Update to Qiskit version 0.36
  5. Restructure menu layout
