New demo: Quantum fractals
Update to Qiskit 0.38
AutoHotspot support (https://github.com/RaspberryConnect/AutoHotspot-Installer)
RasQberry-config improvements
Many methods are now simplified/more clearly defined
Use of environment file for all important variables
Added branch switcher
Usage of requirements.txt for all python packages

Thank you, Bengt for the improvements and additions to the RasQberry project! Excited about the new fractals demo, and the other additions, like Update to Qiskit 0.38, AutoHotspot support, RasQberry-config improvements, code cleanup, etc
