Genes with more than one name #13

PTPRC and CD45 refer to the same gene P08575. In cpdb both names are used in different files, in liana only PTPRC.

Can or does this cause problems?

We should use only PTPRC to match Ensembl naming which our data will be in

In all cases like this, Ensembl gene name is the one to use, so glad that LIANA uses the right one

If CD45, it will be treated the same as if it has 0 expression because the algorithm won't find it
