removed unneccessary C3, BOM updates (LCSC stock) and small compatibility fixes.

Just to check: is the solder_mask_to_copper_clearance change expected?

@JanM321 I guess that's a new default for Kicad 7, when the original design was done in Kicad 6. Since it got stricter and the design rule checks still passed when generating the production files, it's fine.
