Create fishgeneration algorithm

• Thread that creates fish to a max of N
• Thread dies after N fish where created
• A fish has a life thread with a random lifetime with [x - epsilon, x + epsilon] range
• When fish dies, fish creation thread is restarted
• Fish creation thread is modified when bait is used. Hook choice should not modify fish creation
• Lifetime of fish can be shortened with poision maybe (?)

If you didn't find anything immediately then you don't really need to think about it too much. Just thought there might be something obvious missing or wrong that you could catch
