Saving kladwtwn.map in GECK and opening it in Fallout 2 doesn't cause a crash anymore.
Comparing original maps in hex editor showed me that there are additional zeroes at the end of the file. These values are not described in the MAP format description so I will have to investigate if and how Dims Mapper adds these zeroes to saved maps.
When you open kladwtwn.map in Geck, save it and then load it in Fallout 2, the game will crash.
arcaves.map seems to work fine.
