No longer valid after upgraded to Android 4.1.2 #182

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Upgrade Android from 4.1.1 to 4.1.2
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Got error message "We got a Problem Houston :(" and can't change vavlue: 
gsm.sim.operator.numeric

What version of the product are you using? On what ROM?
Android 4.1.2 from Google OTA update. JZO54K

My phone is Galaxy Nexus.

i have the same thing , i have samsung galaxy s2 v 4.1.2 after the phone made 
an update the market enabler doesn't work .
any one have an idea
