Fix broken link for "A Lecture on Creativity" #58

The link to "A Lecture on Creativity" by John Cleese was broken so I changed it to an alternative link for the same video. Thanks for the great list of talks 😄

Thanks for the pull request. Unfortunately the new link is already dead. I found another one on Vimeo. Hopefully it will live a long and prosperous life :-)
