image tried something really simple to check, and it is working fine in a new project, but now i imported the exact same thing in my current project and its doing that weird bug. Help I cant find what is doing that

Also the hair steps are extremely limited when using Eevee, not sure if thats intented

Can you tell me more about “that weird bug”? I’m not sure what that is.

and could you describe the problem that happens in Eevee? Start a second issue for it to keep things from getting confusing.

I have no idea what is happening in my scene, i deleted everything, used the CleanUp unused data, etc... But whenever i try to make hair from the addon, all hair is spawning in a random place on the mesh perpendicular to the face If you want to take a look there should be the blend file in the zip the scene in question.zip

Using Blender 2.92 and HairNet 0.6.5 by the way

I don't know why this is necessary, but this appears to be the workaround. 1) Attempt to make hair with HairNet. When it makes the straight hair: 2) Enter Particle Edit mode 3) Comb or move at least one control point. 4) HairNet should create hair as expected now.
