Apps in "compact overlay" are not listed when creating a new project

I would argue this is a P1 or P2. Not sure how many apps actually implement and how many users use compact overlay (this is likely a less common scenario)

I looked into this issue but couldn't figure out how to retrieve the original process for the compact overlay windows. Packaged apps operate in a containerized environment managed by ApplicationFrameHost.exe. We can get the path and process ID of the ApplicationFrameHost for the window in the compace mode, but not of the original app. @plante-msft, do you consider this issue a blocker?

I would not consider this blocking - we can list it as a known issue in the event that requests start coming in requesting it.
