Ability to add in exe / command

There times where i would need to manually add something after the fact or rescan what is open.

An example could be "run a script first" via cmd

Other than the terminal scenario, are there any other common scenarios for this?

Example would be setting environment var for Java

I think this is a good fast-follow feature, especially if users are asking for it. GUI-less apps exist as well that need to be capturable.
