Open as/Save as tool windows from Explorer get caught #3

Two scenarios, where this can be reproduced

Scenario 1

  1. Press Win+R
  2. Click on browse
  3. Create a new project
  4. The browse window gets interpreted as Explorer image

Scenario 2

  1. Open Word
  2. Open save as dialog
  3. Create new project
  4. The save as window gets interpreted as a second word window

Recommendation: for our first release I would err on the side of ignoring save as dialogues such as the ones above. I can only see it causing more problems and seems like an extremely niche scenario where a save as dialog is intentionally part of a project layout
