Projects Window gets put into PowerToys settings location, when an instance is already open #32

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a project with the PowerToys settings window in it: image
  2. Launch the project
  3. Launch the project a second time
  4. The project editor gets moved to the location of the PowerToys settings.
