When you edit the name of the project it creates a new shortcut, with the same icon

Steps to reproduce: 1 - Create a new project with the "Create shortcut" checkbox turned on (I just left the default name "Project 1"). 2 - Verify the icon was created in the Desktop. 3 - Edit the project and change its name (I used "Thing Project"). Save with the "Create shortcut" checkbox still turned on. 4 - A new shortcut is created on the Desktop, with the new name.

I see two issues here:

• A new shortcut was created, instead of editing the current one.
• The icon image didn't reflect the name change.

The issue is solved. Please note, that the deleted shortcut does not disappear immediately. It can take more than 5 seconds,. If the user selects right click + refresh, the desktop gets updated.
