The `create shortcut` checkbox should be more explicit to where the shortcut is saved

The create shortcut button should state, that the shortcut is created on the desktop. This is currently not clear.

What happens if the user moves the shortcut, renames the shortcut...etc. This could be tricky to keep track of shortcut state? Unless we simply mark status as "created" after the user clicks create for the first time on the shortcut
