I no longer want the file "Design your own run protocol" to be visible, because we've gone away from the idea of letting people design their own and instead created several options to pick from. That's why I removed the header info. I left the document just in case we ever decide to go back to that concept. Do I need to delete the file entirely in order to prevent errors with the website? Or is there a way to edit the header so it won't show up?
The website uses all md files for the documentation. Without the header, this page shows up as a top menu item next to "Generation 2…4".
For the advanced users, this documentation is very helpful. Maybe you can just add a big "warning: only for advanced users" on top.
If you really want to remove it, you should delete the file.
Okay, I will leave it up but I'll need to update it and make sure it's noted at top that it's not recommended except for advanced users. I'll add a github issue to remind myself to get it updated, when it is updated I'll let you know to refresh the website. Thanks!
Link documentation to the website menu (using
