Indicating successful or unsuccessfull re-run conditions #40

Right now conditions that are rescheduled to run at the end of a protocol because they failed the first time do not adjust the progress bar appropriately. Therefore, they don't get a red line on the progress bar when they fail so there is no easy way to see if they are succeeding or failing. Perhaps add a way to indicate this.
