Neuron highlight (v1.0.0rc1) #19

When a region is selected, the connections that lead out of the region should be highlighted up to the cell body, and they are. However, the connections that lead out of the cell body should also be highlighted, and they do not light up.

Fixed in revision https://github.com/JaneliaSciComp/Neuroptikon/commit/c2414af1ddd04f54f29219baa5258e1e0d87fa5e by increasing default value of selectionHighlightDepth from "2" to "3"
