Hi Adam,
Thanks for getting back to me. Yes it’s still an issue, for now the work around is to stop test pulse, re-scale, and then start the test pulse again. The crash is very reliable.

I assume you're using separate NI boards for WaveSurfer and ScanImage? What board are you using for WaveSurfer?

I’ll have to double check, but I believe we’re using the NI PXIe-6341, and yes wavesurfer and ScanImage are using separate boards. They are incorporated into the same PXI Chassis, however.

I'm running WaveSurfer 1.0.2 and ScanImage 2019 simultaneously. If I'm running the test pulse in WS, if I use any of the rescale buttons, or Y offset buttons, it will crash MATLAB pretty much every time. If ScanImage isn't running, WS operates just fine. I've attached the crash report, thanks for any help!
