A substantial proportion of replies to the weekly automated email to authors are people telling me 'so-and-so is no longer a Janelian'. It would be great if the email indicated whether someone is an alumni, to our knowledge.

I presume you mean the once-a-week email to authors, right? Can you give me some examples or cc me on some of the replies you've gotten?
