Current header has ability to add in special messages (like Covid alert status message). It has a link to New Member Enrollment (odd placement). It has a Pin icon with the words "Florence, KY" on it that do nothing when clicked. It has the Health Connections logo, which takes you to the "Home" page when clicked. It has the phone number, which tries to open a FaceTime call when clicked. It contains a quote from Dr. V. And it has a header nav menu (see header nav menu ticket). It takes up too much of screen space and does not correctly place itself at the top of the screen - on my laptop there's a 1/4 inch gap above.

The header takes up approximately 50% of my phone's screen in real life, though it appears to be 1/3 on Chrome dev tools.
