Show License (Apache 2.0) in the Game #1

Implement a way to show the license (or hint at it with a link) to the user/player (see Committ 75351e272f44a383cf471e43bd279d793385ba65)

We definetly need a menu for the credits and the license since we use at least two different assets from people who need their name in the credits. So this is now a subtask for #5
