Touching moves snake a little #16

When you touch a screen at a certain angle, the snake head moves a little in that direction. Maybe its because of rounding errors?

@NiclasMuss Maybe you can find a reason. But if not, this would be a very minimal error which could be excused if its not fixed until the "initial release"
