add a main menu from where the game can be started
add a menu for settings
add a menu for highscores
add a menu for statistics ( & achievements)

changed the level from "ApplicationAdapter" to "screen" and added a "Game"-Class, which allows for screen changes
added a main menu which is currently empty

Added an enum which should make it easier to react to touching in the different menues

Settings Menu is nearly finished TODO: The Player Name should be editable Enhancement: Change the Layout of the Color-Buttons

Credits Menu is finished Enhancement: Make Links clickable (to the license and to soundimage.org)

Settings-Menu is finished for good. Now only the Statistics-Menu is missing
