Hello,

Could you precise the reference for Nm labels that you used in your paper? To my knowledge, research in RNA modifications detection presents inconsistent results (different techniques identify different sets of modified positions)...

I suggest reading section 5.2 in the Nm-nano paper about Benchmark datasets generation as precise reference for Nm labels.

TheBED file was imported from Epitomy (https://epitomy.soic.iupui.edu/ ), a gold standard RNA modification database that is used to search for locations of modifications.
