Reduced Frequency on the 4 Ancient Structures, I checked the two locations listed in the Issue, and tweaked downwards the Scatter chance until they disappeared from those specific locations.
This is an ugly hack. I want a proper solution from Nico, but it'll do for launch.
I'd be surprised if anyone ever finds one of these structures now.
