Are we sure about this? Comparing FMH Vanilla Witch Loot Table with 1.21 Vanillia Witch yields the same file.

There does not appear to be any changes?

I believe this is a Java only change. If you compare these two change logs, you can see bedrock has not recieved these changes.

Looking into further research, I can see that bedrock was suppose to maybe get these changes also. But for what ever reason, they have not applied the changes in the main release version.
