Some character in file name produce errors #380

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. upload image with this four character in file name ' . ( )

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The following error(s) occured:
Could not find the internal image you specified.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

TimThumb version : 2.8.10

Please provide any additional information below.

I've removed this three character from file name: ' ( )

and image is showing correctly

don't use illegal characters in file names and make sure to encode src paths
