added thumbnail for twitter share link

When running locally twitter cant find locahhost:3000 so cant verify if it works

so made a dummy site for testing the preview. still there are some anomalies. the title and description dose not match the value in meta tag

but when using some twitter validator it shows correct when giving "https://scarlet-farica-93.tiiny.site/"as the link
