Google Chrome is blocking "malicious" files from downloading, but considering you are trying to download a cheat software, there are many false positives that can trigger any virus scanner. You can easily avoid this if it ever happens tho. Here are the steps:

  1. Download your file and wait for it to get blocked.
  2. Once it gets blocked, press CTRL + J while in the browser. This will open your downloads history.
  3. Click "Keep file anyway" on the blocked download.
