rename column names #17

Column names should be consistent with names in the .inp file OR with the SWMM graphical user interface. All column names should be in CamelCase (no underscores) for a uniform apperance. To do:

[x] rename in tool2
[x] rename in tool3
[x] rename in defaults and default data
[x] add warnings (at least until version 1.0) if users have the old column names in their data
