Hello Maciej, I´m sorry ....I wasn´t aware, that the pandas module is not (always?) part of the standard QGIS installation. Can you provide further information about the setup which you are using (QGIS version, installation type (standard/advanced), operation system (windows/linux/mac...))?
I see ~two~ one possible solution~s~: add the pandas package via advanced install ~or define it as a plugin depency. I`ll check if the latter works.~
I´ll write a hint in the metadata file.
see discussion: https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Enhancement-Proposals/issues/202

Hello Maciej, the "pandas" issue seems to be depending on the installed QGIS version and can be solved by adding the pandas package.
Regarding your new question, could you please
I will write a tutorial / extended documentation soon. Until then, the recommended workflow (https://github.com/Jannik-Schilling/generate_swmm_inp/blob/main/README.md) might help you.
