Exclude removed faces from UV selection frame #2135

Detailed description of your suggestion

Removed faces in the Bedrock entity format are tucked in the upper left corner of the UV.

The new Rectangular UV selection frame includes them.

It's accurate, but more confusing imo; I noticed it when I tried moving the UV of 2 mirrored planes at once, the west and east faces were selected.
