[Suggestion] Pivot tool with a vertex snap feature, including middle of a verticle #2173

Detailed description of your suggestion

This feature is very powerful and can be used it to make work faster and speed up the time to work without manually moving the pivot position, just only a single click to set a pivot position.

This is already part of the vertex snap tool, it would be redundant to include it in the pivot tool.
