Detailed description of your suggestion

I want to use Blockbench as my primary tool for game dev, but it seems like it's impossible to re-use animation.

I want to be able to save animation(s) from a model and import it on another.

The workflow can be :

Meanwhile, I would greatly appreciate if someone tell me about a workaround. For me, it's a critical feature if I want to move to Workbench.

You can already do this. Just save your dummy model with animations as a project file. Whenever you want to re-use an animation, open the dummy model, copy the animation, switch to the new model, and paste the animation. This will work as long as the bone names are matching. You can also do this for keyframes or individual bones, regardless of bone names.
