I'd suggest having a setting/toggle to change the oppacity value of a texture layer from 0-100 to 0-255.
Would be useful when needing exact values (for use with an ingame shader for example).
That way it would also be a bit more coherent with the brush oppacity (since that uses a 0-255 range)
Alternatively, an option/toggle for it in "Image > Adjust Oppacity"
