Gifs recorded at specific resolutions do not always output in the correct resolution. #2298

What are you trying to do, and what do you expect to happen?

I'm trying to use View -> Record Gif... and setting the resolution to 512x512 as so: image image

What happens instead?

However, it outputs it as 511x511px: image

I noticed the same thing occurs for many other resolutions - the actual output resolution is 1x1 less than it should be.
