Spawning a particle system by another particle's event.
What happens instead?
The spawned emitter seems to be a default one, except when the folder structure matches that of a resource pack? Not sure.
The spawned emitter can also have the wrong origin when it was spawned by a particle collision, when that particle belongs to an emitter spawned from a locator: the origin seems to be the locator instead of world space. That's more visible if the locator is offset from the Blockbench origin.
