Preferences do not load #2365

What are you trying to do, and what do you expect to happen?

I'm opening Blockbench. The preferences should be loaded.

What happens instead?

The preferences don't load. I tried rebooting my PC, and Blockbench worked fine, but after restarting the app, the preferences didn't get loaded. There are no errors in the console either.

Okay, the issue got resolved by itself ( somehow )

Spoke too soon. The issue is still there.

I did some digging, and the issue happens when trying to save a project, or when exporting settings. The app freezes, and does not react to any input. After reopening Blockbench, the issue appears. ( related to #2364 )

Okay, I have just downgraded my Blockbench version to 4.10.1 to avoid these issues.
