Add anchors to the toolbar so you can customize it to your preference.

for example: you add anchor in these following places

What do you mean by anchors? And do you want to place them at arbitrary positions within the toolbar? What happens if you resize your window, or if the UI shifts?

I’m not sure what the right word is, but I mean customizability for your toolbar.

For example:

Instead of the icons being fixed to the right, you can customize their placement, like in the image.

You can do that by using spacers. Except it doesn't work in the main toolbar, since it does not stretch across the whole width (the vertical three dots mark the end of the toolbar).
