New feature: Easily add a new parameters file during the package creation. An example parameter is set for each generated node (Python and CPP).
In addition:
Added "ros2 launch" step for tests to automatically verify that things work as expected in all the Distros
Tests are now ran in parallel for different ROS distros, making running checks faster
Colcon test is now also ran for Humble distro (uncrustify works differently in Humble and Rolling)
Docker containers now use the default "rmw_fastrtps_cpp" DDS, due to a problem with Node launching in Rolling with CycloneDDS
