GTK4 support #98

Hello, is it possible you could add GTK4 support based on the support already provided by the latest release of the official Yaru theme? This is needed for some newer applications, particularly those found on non-Ubuntu distros. Thank you!

will be added when I'm done with everything else. Currently bugging around with gtk2. If everything else is done I start the work on GTK4. But I will just add as much support as stock Yaru has.
